The various government initiatives that is acting as a big boost for the industry includes, but not limited to: Investment in Railways and Metro Rail Network, Development of Road Network, Privatization of Greenfield Development of Airports, Investments in Telecom& Energy Infrastructure and etc.,

Real Estate Sector primarily includes Residential Space, Commercial Space (Office/ Business Parks), Retail Space (Malls), Hospitality Space, Special Economic Zones and etc., The increasing middle class and upper middle class population and the change in their consumption pattern of middle aged and millennial Indians augurs very well for Residential and Retail Segments of Real Estate Industry.
