KV Institute of Management (KVIM) follows a comprehensive governance framework through a combination of statutory and non-statutory committees to ensure transparency, accountability, and academic excellence. The statutory structure includes the Governing Council and Finance Committee, which oversee institutional policy, financial planning, and strategic direction. In addition, KVIM is supported by several non-statutory bodies such as the Industry and Academic Advisory Board and Academic Advisory Board, which guide curriculum relevance and industry alignment. The institute also maintains dedicated committees for Anti-Ragging, Internal Complaints, Internal Quality Assurance (IQAC), Library, Examinations, Sports and Cultural activities, Minority Cell, Placement Cell, Entrepreneurship Development (ED) Cell, SC/ST Committee, OBC Committee, Condemnation Committee, Grievance Redressal, Institute Social Responsibility, and Women Empowerment to ensure inclusive growth and student welfare. All academic and administrative processes are governed by clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures and strictly adhere to Anna University statutes and regulations, along with the AICTE Approval Process Handbook (2024–2025 onwards). This robust governance system positions KVIM as a well-structured and compliant institution committed to academic quality and regulatory adherence.
