An enriching guest lecture on a paradigm shift from Campus to Corporate was organized to provide insights on effective ways to make the significant switch from college to organisation. In order to understand the importance of bonding with the organisation and internalize its vision, students were introduced to the mantra of “Learn, Follow and Adapt to the system” for sustainable performance in an organisation.
